Wheelchair Evaluations

Revival Therapy conducts wheelchair evaluations to determines the most efficient and functional means of mobility. A functional evaluation helps identify equipment that allows independence in transfers, weight shifts, and daily activity engagement. Based on the evaluation, recommendations regarding appropriate seating system options are made to address balance, improve posture, and minimize risk of skin injury. We also provide education, training, occupational and mental health services as an integral part of a comprehensive approach for those who use wheelchairs.
