Carly

Carly Aldis, LCSW, CDBT, Co-Owner

Carly is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in children and families. She has a passion for foster and adoptive children and their families as she has years of both personal and professional experience with this population. She completed her clinical internship in early childhood mental health and for the last 15 years she worked with children/ teens and their families. She specializes in treating trauma, attachment disorders, borderline personality disorder, and is certified in Trauma Focused CBT, TheraPlay, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. Carly and her husband created Revival Therapy to meet the physical and mental health needs of the Las Vegas community, and facilitate family cohesion. Carly has a strong faith in God and values her family.

Danny

Danny Aldis, OTR/L, Co-Owner

Danny is experienced in treating behavioral problems, children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, and is trauma informed. He specialized in Applied Behavior Analysis during his undergraduate degree, and upon graduating he provided services and resources to children and families within the foster care and adoption community.

Danny was a police officer for 10 years where he served the Las Vegas community. Upon retiring from his law enforcement career, he completed his graduate degree in Occupational Therapy. Danny and his wife, Carly Aldis LCSW, created Revival Therapy where he provides treatment to pediatric and young adult populations who have experienced trauma to facilitate age-appropriate skills.

Madyson Rushing Wier, LCSW, Clinical Supervisor

Madyson is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with adolescents & teens diagnosed with various disorders including Autism, anxiety, depression, oppositional defiant disorder, complex trauma stemming from physical/emotional/sexual abuse, and attachment disorders. Madyson is DBT, Autism, and Trauma certified! She is also trained in EMDR. Madyson is currently working on her PhD in Forensic Psychology with an emphasis on Crisis Intervention. Madyson is passionate about first responder trauma responses in the realm of mental health, as well as treating and diagnosing psychotic disorders. Madyson is also working with Revival as the MSW Director and Agency Field Instructor for social work practicum students. Madyson enjoys reading, being outdoors, traveling the world, and spending time with family. Her favorite place she has visited is Iceland & she aspires to live in Zermatt, Switzerland! She has a passion for research and the human mind.

Shannon Hsu, LCSW


Shannon is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She completed her Bachelor’s in Social Work and Master’s in Social Work at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas with a concentration in direct practice. She has been involved in the field of mental health since her first practicum experience in 2014, and loves working with youth and families with an emphasis in early childhood. She received extensive training in Applied Behavioral Analysis on treating behavioral issues for children with autism. She is also trained in theraplay based principles, yoga/mindfulness techniques, attachment and trauma. She has experience working in schools, summer healing camps, and hospitals providing social skills and process groups. Shannon applies a variety of modalities in her practice including play therapy, behavior modification, psychoeducation, CBT, crisis intervention, solution-focused, strengths-based approach, and motivational interviewing. Shannon is invested and continues to seek evidence-based interventions to build her skills and knowledge in best practices.

Stefanie Cullum, LCSW

Stefanie has been a social worker for 6+ years! She was born and raised in Canada and moved to Las Vegas in 2015. Stefanie has a background in psychology and graduated with her MSW through the University of North Dakota. Her experience includes working with families and children with developmental delays through Early Intervention Services, as well as with adolescents with psychiatric disorders at an inpatient hospital. Stefanie also has ample experience working with seniors in a variety of settings. She has a passion for helping those with trauma, attachment disorders and practices from a strengths-based perspective! Stefanie enjoys working out, cooking, reading, and hiking. She values her friends and family and looks forward to spending time with loved ones. Stefanie enjoys exploring new places and going on adventures.

Tony Barraza, LCSW

Tony has a background in Liberal Arts with a specialty in Spanish Language & Culture. He obtained his Masters in Social Work in 2017 from University of New England. Tony has worked for the past 16 years with the State of Nevada, Division of Child and Family Services with children and youth 0-18 years of age. He has worked in youth group homes, inpatient psychiatric settings, and worked to create an outpatient mental health program for transitional age youth. Tony was also a high school teacher! Tony is skilled working with Early Childhood Mental Health and crisis intervention. Tony is a proud first born generation Mexican in the U.S.! He is very close to his culture of origin, and is bilingual in the Spanish and English languages. He enjoys spending time with family and friends, is a coffee aficionado with a strong taste for Starbucks, and enjoys working out and going on short unexpected road trips! Tony loves rainy days and enjoying the quiet moments, and he is deeply spiritual. He is also a huge fan of The Walking Dead series!

Rebecca Lighthart, LCSW

Rebecca is a Vegas native. She received her undergraduate in psychology and women’s studies from University of Nevada, Reno. She then went on to receive a masters in social work at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She has a background working with children and teens on the autism spectrum. Before going this career she worked in ABA. Her passions include working with youth and families. She chose this career because of the impact mental health services had early in her life, and she wanted to give back to the community. She applies a variety of modalities in her practice including, play therapy, CBT, DBT, psychoeducation, and TBRI. Rebecca enjoys hanging out with her cats, reading, baking, and indulging in lots of self-care. She and her partner love to go off-roading and are always trying to find the best food spots.

Mandy Maressa-Yamamoto, LSW, CSW

Mandy has a history of helping people through transitions and life changes. She recognizes that the experience of being human is often hard and aims to normalize seeking therapy when needed. Mandy believes everyone has a story worth honoring and sees clients as fellow travelers navigating life’s challenges. She received a bachelor’s in sociology from the University of Pittsburgh and a master’s of social work from the Louisiana State University. Mandy applies a variety of modalities and stays current on trainings to meet her client’s individual needs and achieve their goals. She works with children, adults, families, and groups with a focus on trauma, anxiety, attachment, and depression. Mandy enjoys reading, cooking, boating, and spending time with family, including her two furry children, Bogart and Walle. 

Sandra Fernandez, LSW, CSW

Sandra has been a mental health provider for over 20+ years having accumulated her experience from Guam and in Nevada. She has a background in Psychology and obtained her Masters in Social Work in 2021 from the University of New England. Sandra has worked for the past 14 years with the State of Nevada, Division of Child and Family Services with children 0-18 years of age. She has worked in group homes serving dual diagnosed elderly individuals, inpatient psychiatric settings for children and adults, and also having some experience as a guidance counselor in the elementary setting as well as worked with private practitioners as a Psychometrist. Sandra was also a Certified Pharmacy Technician through the N.H.A. (National Healthcareer Association). Sandra is experienced in working with Early Childhood Mental Health and crisis intervention. She was born and raised on the Island of Guam and is of Filipino descent.  She enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading and watching anime. Sandra is also a big fan of kdrama and cdrama shows.

Alec Bustos, LSW, CSW

Alec is a Los Angeles native and a Las Vegas transplant. He received his undergraduate in business administration with a focus on entrepreneurship from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. He continued his education to receive a Master in Special Education with a concentration in Applied Behavioral Analysis and a Master in Social Work with a concentration in Direct Practice and Integrated Behavioral Health at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. He has a background working with children and teens on the autism spectrum, before becoming a social worker he had a career in ABA. His passions include working with adolescents, teens, and families. He worked with adolescents and teens diagnosed with various disorders including Autism, anxiety, depression, oppositional defiant disorder, complex trauma stemming from physical/emotional/sexual abuse, and attachment disorders. He applies a variety of modalities in his practice including, Play Therapy, TheraPlay, CBT, DBT, Psychoeducation, Brainspotting, and TBRI. He has been drawn to the mental health field as far as he can remember. He is interested in supporting the LGTBQIA2S+ and BIPOC community with mental health services and providing Latinx community members with therapy in their language. Alec is a proud first-born generation Mexican in the U.S. and the first in his family to receive a graduate degree. Alec is currently working on his PhD in School Psychology with an emphasis on Neuropsychology. Alec enjoys reading, traveling the world, and spending time with family and friends. 

Casie Moody, LSW, CSW

Casie has been a social worker since 2016 and has helped people from all backgrounds through life’s transitions.  She received a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of South Dakota and a Master of Social Work from the Western New Mexico University.  Since starting her schooling, she has worked in a variety of different settings, from hospitals to schools.  Casie sets a high value on understanding people through their personal experiences and understands that everyone sees the world through their own unique lens.  Casie applies a variety of modalities and stays current on trainings to meet her client’s individual needs and achieve their goals. She works with children, teens, adults, families, and groups with a focus on trauma, anxiety, attachment, and depression. Casie enjoys hiking, rock climbing, and spending time with family and friends, especially with her furry babies, Mango, Baby and Gigi. 

Mihaela Holmes, LCSW

Mihaela is a Clinical Social Work intern, who graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Psychology and a Masters in Social Work from University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Originally, she is from Romania, coming to the United States over 23 years ago. Her background of over 20 years has been working with families, and clients of all ages, in all settings (foster care system, community, residential, outpatient, school district) as a Behavioral/ Mental Health practitioner, helping clients with various struggles from oppositional defiance, ADHD/ADD symptoms, to anxiety, depression, bi-polar, dysregulated  nervous systems, and other mental health struggles. Her approach in therapy is trauma-informed and she believes in creating a nonjudgmental & safe environment. Mihaela is a trauma-Sensitive Yoga Instructor, Mindfulness Facilitator, and completed her certification for teaching Social – Emotional learning  (SEL) skills to children, adolescents, and adults. She enjoys engaging her clients in play therapy, movement She tailors her therapy approaches to various personality & temperament styles, including activities that help with behavior modification, teaching clients psycho-educational  skills, CBT/DBT skills, the Adult-chair model, and other hands-on skills that are practical to use in their daily lives. In her free time she enjoys spending time in nature and around any bodies of water, kayaking, paddle boarding, hiking, etc. Her therapy is staying connected & grounded at a Spiritual level through music, art, yoga & meditation enjoying playing instruments, writing music, singing, drawing, painting, and journaling. Connecting with her clients and others in general through her hobbies, and/or  heart-to-heart conversations are some of her favorite things to do. 

Amanda Petry, LCSW

Amanda is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and graduated with her Master’s in Social Work in 2017 at the University of Nevada, Reno. She was raised in Reno and moved to Las Vegas in 2019. Amanda has experience working with couples, families, adults, adolescents, and children as an inpatient and outpatient therapist. She also has experience conducting inpatient and outpatient group therapy. Amanda is passionate about working with the early childhood population and individuals who struggle with trauma. Amanda loves spending time with her friends, family, and dogs. She loves traveling, eating at awesome restaurants, working out, and going to sports events. 

Jessica Ryan, COTA/L

Jessica was born and raised in rural Wisconsin. She is experienced with sensory processing disorders and regulation needs, developmental delays, physical rehabilitation, and mental health. In 2018, Jessica earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a human development background. Jessica plans to pursue her goal of continuing her education in the field, and expanding her skill set. She worked to become a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant and achieved this goal in 2014 as she worked with the pediatric and geriatric populations. Jessica enjoys watching and playing sports like football, hockey, tennis, and pickleball. She also likes spending time outdoors, reading, and traveling. Jessica has two fur boys, a cat named Winston and a dog named Dobby, and both are rescues.

Victoria Cornejo, COTA/L

Victoria is a Las Vegas native who has had over 10 years of experience in early childhood education. It was in this setting, she crossed paths with an occupational therapist that sparked her desire to join the field. As she earned her degree to become a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, she gained experience with treating behavioral issues. She provided in-home ABA therapy services to children and teens diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder as well as completing her externship within the Clark County School District. She has always had an affinity for the pediatric population and the boundless creativity and perseverance children can achieve when supported well!

Isabel Dominique Real, COTA/L

Isabel Dominique Real, or Nikki was born and raised in the Philippines until she moved to the United States in 2016. She learned about Occupational Therapy when she was shadowing in a physical therapy outpatient clinic and fell in love with the occupation ever since. She went to PIMA Medical School for her Associates in Occupational Therapy Assistant and graduated in April of 2021. Nikki loves going to the gym and cooking. She also loves watching anime and playing video games. 

Sherry Jones, LSW, CSW

Sherry Jones earned her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Loma Linda University in 2009, specializing in Mental Health. Her clinical experience spans various mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, attention deficit, and trauma-related disorders such as PTSD and complex trauma. Sherry is experienced in treating dual diagnosis, working with individuals with co-occurring substance abuse and mental health disorders. In a leadership role, she managed a residential treatment program for individuals struggling with eating disorders and understands the challenges in treating these complex disorders. Sherry utilizes a diverse set of interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems, and Solution-focused interventions. Using a systems approach, Sherry tailors her interventions to meet clients where they are, emphasizing collaboration for optimal treatment outcomes. Beyond her clinical experience, Sherry is driven by a passion for positive impact. She strongly believes in the transformative power of the client-therapist relationship, recognizing that healing occurs within the context of our relationships. In her free time, Sherry enjoys roller skating, spending time with her family and friends, and going to the park with her puppy Lacie.
